This breakfast session offers an opportunity for reflective leaders to meet, in a relaxed setting, for confidential discussion of pressing business topics. Facilitated by Jeff Hasenfratz, one of Asia's most experienced leadership coaches, a limited number of colleagues will gather to share challenges and receive support.

    Jeff is an executive leadership coach, team coach, coaching supervisor, and Mandarin speaker who has lived in Asia for nearly 30 years. He holds the degree of Juris Doctor and is the founder of Mindsight, a Shanghai-based consulting firm focused on helping clients improve their Team and Organizational Effectiveness through better, more enjoyable collaboration.

    Jeff’s previous corporate associations include Hewlett Packard, Russell Reynolds Associates, and Cincinnati Bell. Sponsoring organizations for Mindsight services include firms in the technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and financial services sectors. Jeff’s clients are typically CEOs, Managing Directors, Managing Partners, and their Teams.

    In his free time Jeff enjoys learning, especially through travelling, reading, and spending time with his family. He is also an avid practitioner of Chen-style taichi, and is currently building his skills with the spear.
