    Benoit Garbe

    Senior Partner and Asia Regional Lead at Prophet

    Benoit, senior partner and regional lead of Prophet Asia, helps leaders unlock business growth through marketing-led and consumer-centric strategies. Prior to joining Prophet, Benoit was the managing director for Kantar Vermeer (WPP), based in Shanghai, leading six offices across the AMAP region.

    As senior partner, Benoit leads key global client strategy engagements for Prophet, with a focus on China. Having previously worked on the client side (LVMH, Diageo and Nike), Benoit lends a depth of perspective and insight into the client experience. Benoit focuses on growth strategy with an expertise in portfolio management, brand architecture, purpose-led positioning, organization transformation and brand valuation.

    Over the years, Benoit has worked across a wide range of industries, serving clients such as: Gucci, Optus Bank, Microsoft, Intel, Vodafone, P&G, Red Bull and Mayo Clinic. In China, Benoit has advised MNCs such as AB InBev, Marriott, AXA and Grand Vision, and supported Chinese clients like Haier, Huawei, Youku, Yili, HNA, and China Eastern Airlines.

    Benoit has been a guest lecturer at Columbia and UCLA MBA programs, and at Fudan University and CEIBS in China. He is a regular speaker at conferences (WARC, ANA, Shanghai's ROI Festival). Benoit worked closely with Jim Stengel, former global marketing officer at P&G, on his book titled Grow--How Ideals Power Growth and Profit at the World’s Greatest Companies. Benoit was also a contributor to the global Insights2020 study, and to the related Harvard Business Review article, Building an Insights Engine.

    Jacqueline is a specialist who combines in-depth analytics and brand to activate strategic growth opportunities. She helps clients with brand development and repositioning, product and service innovation, value proposition, customer segmentation, brand portfolio strategy, customer experience and transformation of the business model in the new digital economy.

    Jacqueline was one of the top graduates on the Dean List of National University of Singapore with a Degree in Business Administration majoring in corporate finance, marketing and business policy.
