(Chinese Session) Transformations and Risk Management under the New World Trade Order 国际贸易新应对-危机与挑战下如何寻求变革和风险管控

在国际形势和全球疫情的影响下，国际贸易环境正面临着与日俱增的不确定性。为应对潜在挑战，越来越多的企业开始调整供应链模式或进行自动化转型，以构建稳定的国际贸易流程来应对外界的不稳定。

在监管环境方面，虽然各级海关部门持续为企业提供更多便利的政策/措施，但同时也在重新审视企业涉及国际贸易领域的各类风险；由此，不少企业在关注复杂且不断更新的贸易监管环境的同时也在积极寻找生存方式，通过供应链转型或其他构架重组来探寻更多市场机遇。

上海美国商会诚邀您于7月16日（星期四）上午9:30-12:00 参加上海美国商会贸易便利化工作组今年第一场线下会议—国际贸易新应对-危机与挑战下如何寻求变革和风险管控。届时，我们将有幸请到E2open副总经理唐涛（Ryan Tang）先生和解决方案咨询总监汪萍（Lisa Wang）女士，以及上海普华永道国际贸易服务合伙人聂清（Asta Nie）女士以及经理朱仁欢（Jason Zhu）先生。唐涛先生和汪萍女士将就如何搭建高效协同的供应链网络构架以及中国贸易管理系统的最佳实践做相关分享。同时，聂清女士以及朱仁欢先生将从国际贸易咨询的角度出发，分享企业在贸易设置方面的一些经典案例和他们对于如何应对美中贸易争端带来的供应链调整、以及一些时下受到高度关注的话题（如：海南自由贸易港和临港自贸区新片区方案给企业带来的影响及相关建议等）的见解。

The global pandemic situation and world politics have made the future of international trade increasingly uncertain. To mitigate potential challenges and maintain a stable international trade process, many businesses have started to adjust their supply chains and implement automatic transformation.

Although China Customs at all levels have been providing preferential policies and treatments regarding international trade, the department is also re-examining the risks involved in international business transactions. Therefore, while monitoring and navigating through the complex and ever-evolving trade regulatory environment, many businesses are also looking to develop more market opportunities through supply chain transformations and restructurings.

AmCham Shanghai is pleased to invite you to participate in our upcoming event themed Transformations and Risk Management under the New World Trade Order from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM on July 16, Thursday. We are happy to have Mr. Ryan Tang, Executive Director, and Ms. Lisa Wang, Solutions Consulting Director at E2open, Ms. Asta Nie, Partner, and Mr. Jason Zhu, Manager, World Trade Management Services, at PwC Shanghai.

Mr. Tang and Ms. Wang will share their insights on how to build an efficient and collaborative supply chain network and best practices on China trade management. Ms. Nie and Mr. Zhu will share their experience on supply chain management from an international trade consultancy perspective while highlighting some pressing issues, such as the influences of U.S.-China trade dispute on supply chain trends and the impact of the Hainan Free Trade Port and new Lingang area of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone on business.

In addition, our speakers will discuss the latest progress made in achieving the Customs reform (Customs/CIQ merger). They will focus on issues including transfer pricing and Customs valuation.
