  • During notifications – Well organized onsite support; accelerate impacted employees' mutual separation agreements; follow up "at risks" cases
  • Post notifications – Provide robust transition package support to impacted employees; conduct robust rebuilding programs for remaining employees and leaders

Prior to joining Cornerstone International Group in China, Sandy was the VP & Practice Leader of a global career & talent consulting firm. Her rich experiences included the customization of solutions to help clients of different sizes to address challenges along the workforce cycle in the Greater China, Eastern Europe and Asia regions. In Sandy’s earlier career, she was Head of Frontline and Service Delivery teams at Cathay Pacific Airways, as well in two major retail groups and responsible for critical people development. Her extensive scope had covered 4000+ employees across the globe including APAC, USA, Europe and South Africa.

    ALOYSIUS TAN first joined Cornerstone as Managing Director in 2007. He holds a BBA double major degree from University of Oregon and completed his MBA in UK. Previously as Asia Pacific GM of IDG Industrial Group China and was Managing Director of CCIC-CSA International Group China and Farnell Newark. He was a Director with SGS Testing and Inspection Services in China and had held Executive Director Position in the BOD for Xin Wang Hong Kong Company. Aloysius is a certified ACC and NLP Coach from the International Coach Federation in USA and a Certified CPI Career Consultant. With his extensive experience in leadership development and change management it has given him a strong passion to help leaders find their next career goals and development.
