This workshop has been designed to to help businesses and organizations accelerate the development the managing skills of their future leaders.


In this game-based immersive business simulation environment, participants can apply the theories and skills of leadership to make key decisions and develop their own leadership style according to the characteristics of their team members.


This simulation workshop is will help participants learn by playing a leading role, which will be adjusted according to different characteristics of team members. The workshop will enable participants to understand and master the different leadership styles/management principles and put them into practical use.

为了帮助企业和组织加速发展优秀领导者,Eddic结合全球先进的在线模拟培训课程,为企业的初级管理人员、有希望成为管理者的高潜员工设计了iLead领导团队游戏化实战模拟课程。


参与的学员可以在基于游戏的沉浸式商业模拟环境中,应用领导力的理论和技能来制定关键决策,根据团队成员的情况形成自己的领导风格。通过学习和实际演练,学员能够有效地根据团队成员的不同特点进行有效领导,从而理解并掌握不同的领导风格/管理原则和方法并进行实际运用。

In this curriculum, participants will learn about performance management and team development. Participants can make real-world decisions in a risk-free environment to guide the simulation team to success.

Registration

  • All registrations shall be made online before the session. For full-day sessions, payment also shall be made before the session.
  • For full-day sessions, AmCham Shanghai members are eligible to attend at "Member Rate"; Employees who work at AmCham Shanghai member companies are eligible to attend at "Employee Rate"; Non-members are eligible to attend at "Non-Member Rate".
  • Limited spaces are available and attendance will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Training Credits cannot be used for this session.
Walk-in and Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration for a half-day session, please notify Ivette Corominas at (86 21) 6279 7119 ext. 5671 or email ivette.corominas@amcham-shanghai.org no less than 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel your registration for a full-day session, please notify Ivette Corominas at least two weeks prior to the session for a full refund. Cancellation made within two weeks before the session will not be refundable.
