Much money is spent by companies on leadership and talent development. But where is the financial ROI? Can it even be calculated?

Nick Obolensky will share how this can be done, and how the Advanced Leadership Programme (ALP) of Complex Adaptive Leadership beat many business schools for the EFMD Gold Award in Executive Development achieving less than a 6 month payback for some 700 leaders. EFMD members number over 800 around the world and in China include CEIBS, Beijing University, Tsing Hua and over 70 other leading providers.

Nick will show how a solid financial payback can be gained from programmes, and what it takes for those who are serious about business results, not just "Happy Sheets". As well as showing how short-term ROI can be gained, he will also share a case study of two leaders who, years after the programme, gained astonishing results in the first 5G rollout across the USA.

This webinar be held on Zoom (further instructions will be sent to registrants). It will be highly interactive showing new approaches together with polls, thought experiments, and breakout discussions to share experience.
