This workshop is a highly interactive course where you will learn skills to increase your confidence, professionalism and effectiveness during the interview process.
During the course we explore a number of key interviewing skills, including how to plan for an interview, and how to effectively ask questions to achieve betters results in a shorter time frame.
A key component of the workshop is using behavioral based interviewing strategies. This structured interviewing approach is built on the premise that in similar situations, past behavior is the best predictor of future performance. By using this strategy, your hiring process becomes more objective, relying less on hiring an individual that is well liked or a good interviewer.
The session will be delivered in Chinese while the materials will be in English.
