Dawn Zhang is the co-managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig's Shanghai office. She has broad experience advising clients on venture capital, China-related cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Dawn practiced in other international law firms for many years and served as the PRC legal counsel for a multinational corporation, where she handled a wide variety of corporate matters for public and emerging growth companies. Dawn passed the national PRC judicial qualification examination in 1998 and is admitted to practice in New York.

Calvin Ding has deep experience in international anti-corruption advisory and investigation, cross-border litigation and electronic discovery, as well as compliance with Chinese anti-trust, anti-bribery, and privacy laws. In the anti-corruption space, Calvin frequently advises companies on comprehensive compliance programs, risk assessments, pre-transaction compliance diligence, government policies, and trainings. As a secondee, Calvin formerly worked to establish the Greater China anti-corruption compliance function of a Fortune 500 company with over 150 properties situated in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. In addition, Calvin has served as a member of the compliance monitor expert team in evaluating an international medical device manufacturer’s anti-corruption compliance programs and submitting recommendations to the company and an international financial institution regarding the adequacy of those programs.

Calvin has a deep understanding of the cultural and legal issues that Chinese companies face when undertaking litigation and dispute resolution proceedings in the United States and leverages this understanding to assist clients in matters involving intellectual property, trade secret misappropriation, antitrust, business tort, and contract claims. Calvin maintains considerable relationships with Chinese counsel and is able to effectively coordinate litigation and arbitration proceedings in China.

C. Mark Stratton has broad experience in the areas of commercial, oil and gas, transportation, securities, construction, products liability, professional liability and personal injury litigation. Mark is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has tried more than 50 cases to verdict in both state and federal courts, including some of the most challenging jurisdictions in the country. He has also argued cases before the Supreme Court of Texas, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the 1st, 3rd, 9th, and 14th Courts of Appeals in Texas. Mark provides transactional advice to his oil and gas clients, and his trial work in this area gives him a unique perspective on transactional issues.

Gregory J. Casas is the Administrative Shareholder for the Austin office and focuses his practice on antitrust, complex business litigation, and energy and natural resources law. Greg's antitrust and complex business litigation practices are international in scope. His antitrust practice includes litigating price-fixing, bid-rigging, and market allocation claims, and providing counseling for DOJ/FTC investigations, joint venture formation, mergers and acquisitions, pricing plans, and other contractual relationships. Greg's complex business litigation experience includes class action defense, commercial disputes, and international dispute resolution in Latin America, Europe, and Africa. His energy experience includes litigating power plant construction disputes, oil and gas leases and joint operating agreement disputes. Greg has litigated cases in federal and state courts in Texas, California, Illinois, Georgia, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. He has handled appeals in Texas, Georgia, The Fifth Circuit, the Second Circuit and the District of Columbia Circuit.

Gillian Sproul focuses her practice on advising international clients on the impact of EU and UK competition law on their transactions, operations and business strategy and in antitrust litigation. Gill has acted for clients in cartel and abuse of dominance cases and market inquiries before the EU and UK regulators and courts and on appeal, defended clients in antitrust damages litigation and counselled clients on the antitrust aspects of complex M&A and joint venture transactions, representing them in EU and UK phase 1 and phase 2 proceedings and negotiating with EU, UK and other national regulators to obtain clearances. Her practice also extends to advising clients on competitor co-operation and information exchange, distribution and licensing and compliance.

Davin Teo is a Managing Director and leads the Forensic Technology team within Alvarez & Marsal Disputes and Investigations across Asia, based in Hong Kong. Mr. Teo specialises in digital investigations and electronic discovery matters. His primary areas of expertise are fraud investigations, electronic discovery in Disputes, misconduct investigations, intellectual property theft investigations, dispute matters and data recovery requests. With more than 20 years of forensic technology experience and three years prior in accountancy, Mr. Teo has provided consultancy services in the field of forensic technology, electronic discovery and IT audit to numerous national and international corporations, government bodies and regulators.
