    She is a pioneer in loyalty and CRM strategies with a proven track record in delivering innovative customer loyalty and retention strategies to drive sustainable business growth. She has worked with companies across the business spectrum, including Sephora, Nestle, Haagen-Dazs, L'OCCITANE, Swarovski, Microsoft, Air France and P&G. Currently she’s dedicated to offer CRM 4.0 solution to power smart operations in the New Retail environment in China. A CEIBS MBA graduate, she was previously based in Beijing with Xinhua News Agency as a journalist.

Walk-in and Cancellation Policy
  • This session requires confirmation of attendance in advance. If you attend this session without prior registration, you will be charged an RMB50 "walk-in" fee as member and RMB100 as employee.
