Dr. Chung graduated from Texas Tech University. After earning his doctorate in accounting, he taught for 12 years at Wichita State university in Kansas and University of Braque in Ontario, Canada. He analyzed productivity for Boeing military aircraft at Wichita. Dr. Chung currently teaches at Yuen Chi University in Taiwan. His research focuses on enterprise value analysis and the impact of Accounting information on organizational behavior. He has published papers in international journals such as Management Accounting, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, and Financial and Accounting. Dr. Chung often conducts employee education and training programs for major Taiwanese companies. He is a director of UOB Securities and Feifan Energy Technology.
