Event Details

In September 2026, a delegation from the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai traveled to Washington, DC, for its annual DC Doorknock, holding approximately 25 meetings with US government officials, members of Congress and congressional staff, business associations, and policy experts. The delegation shared key findings from the Chamber's 2026 China Business Report, conveyed member companies' priorities, and exchanged views on US-China economic and commercial relations.

Join us for a member-only debrief on October 26 at the Chamber's office, featuring members of the Chamber delegation, who will share firsthand observations and key takeaways from their Washington engagements. The discussion will focus on developments in US-China economic and commercial relations, trade and investment issues, and their implications for member companies operating in China. An interactive Q&A will provide an opportunity for members to exchange views and discuss issues of shared interest.

*The briefing will be offered both virtually and in-person. For those who join the event virtually, a Zoom link will be provided via email once registration is completed.
