2024 AmCham Shanghai Government Dialogue 上海美国商会政府事务对话论坛

近几个月来，为促进外商投资，国务院和上海市政府出台了多项支持措施，包括跨境数据流动规定、优化营商环境7.0版方案和浦东新区综合改革试点方案等。为帮助会员企业了解这些新规，加深与上海各政府部门和机构的联系，上海美国商会将于4月23日举办2024政府事务对话论坛。

上海市各政府部门代表将对最新的法规措施进行解读。参会部门包括上海市外事办公室、上海市委网络安全和信息化委员会办公室、上海市生态环境局、浦东新区政府各部门。各政府部门代表将对影响在华外资企业的相关措施进行解读。现场安排提问和自由交流环节。下午，浦东新区政府代表将就国务院近日发布的《浦东新区综合改革试点实施方案（2023—2027年）》与外资企业开展圆桌讨论。

Eager to boost foreign investment, the State Council and Shanghai government have issued several new measures and policies to support foreign companies in the past few months. These measures range from cross-border data regulations, business environment optimization version 7.0 to Pudong comprehensive reform pilot program. To help member companies understand these new rules and make connections with key Shanghai government agencies, AmCham Shanghai will host the 2024 Shanghai Government Dialogue on April 23.

Shanghai government officials will provide updates on the latest government initiatives and regulations. Confirmed agencies include the Shanghai Foreign Affairs Office, Cyber Space Administration Office of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, Shanghai Ecological and Environmental Bureau and Pudong government agencies. Government representatives will provide updates on the latest government policies and initiatives impacting foreign companies in China. There will also be Q&A sessions and networking opportunities for participants. In the afternoon, Pudong government representatives will have a roundtable meeting with companies on the newly released "Implementation Plan for the Pilot Comprehensive Reform of Pudong New Area of Shanghai (2023-2027)".
