The 2023 WeForShe™ Conference will continue to gather outstanding female leaders and business professionals.
The conference will include inspirational keynotes and panels. There will be plenty of networking and learning opportunities to connect with like-minded females in business and industry professions.
Everyone is welcome! This is a conference for anyone who supports diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace.

This conference is organized with the support of AmCham Shanghai's Women's Executive Network (WEN). AmCham Shanghai's WEN supports female members by creating opportunities to connect with peers across industries and share relevant information through programming and informal networking events. Our mission is to provide female members with greater visibility to the boardroom and C-suite, as well as offer a platform to help them advance their leadership and career development.
WEN members include over 300 C-suite executives, presidents, vice presidents, partners, and managing directors from a broad variety of industries within AmCham Shanghai's business community.
