The full-day food, agriculture & beverage (FAB) conference brings together food tasting booths and an award ceremony, followed by an evening cocktail. This year's conference will focus on the new future of the industry, with topics including new business opportunities, revenge spending and consumer behavior changes after COVID-19. Other important topics for industry professionals that will be covered include alternative protein, food safety and regulation changes, food retail, eCommerce, new market trends and more.

The FAB Awards aim to recognize innovations in food technology and the successful implementation of new business concepts, as well as industry pioneers and entrepreneurs who are leading the way in a competitive market. This conference is organized with the support of AmCham Shanghai's Food, Agriculture & Beverage Committee. The committee facilitates sharing of best practices across the farm-to-fork supply chain. The Committee aims to be an information resource, a networking forum and a government engagement platform for key industry issues. The Committee helps members increase food safety awareness among the general public and lead the implementation of industry best practices. The Committee also engages regulatory bodies to advocate member interests while assisting members with regulatory compliance.
