Harvey Chen is chairman of the Board of Advisors, CCL Greater China, and oversees CCL’s leadership development and organizational transformation work in the region. He is a member of the International Advisory Board of Oxford Analytica, and has served as an independent director of Bank of Montreal (China) and Bank of Wenzhou.

Prior to CCL, he was chairman of the First Light Academy of Finance and Management, Shanghai, and CEO of the China operations of Global EduTech Management. His past experience spans academia ( Jean Monnet Lecturer in the Economics of the EU at the London School of Economics), policymaking (the International Monetary Fund and the Guangzhou Municipal Institute of Economics), the private sector ( JP Morgan Chase in New York), and the state owned enterprise sector (Guangzhou Shipyard).

Harvey Chen has delivered executive training, coaching and consulting to Fortune 500 companies in Asia, Europe, and Americas, to Chinese state owned and privately owned companies, and to all state-owed and joint stock banks in China. He has also delivered speeches and seminars at conferences such as the Japan Foreign Correspondents Club, the World Economic Forum, at the central banks of Portugal, Switzerland, Finland, Italy, Spain, and the UK, at think tanks such as China State Council Development Research Center, the American Enterprise Institute, Center for Strategic and International Studies, and at universities such as Oxford, Harvard, Stanford, Tsinghua, and Peking.

Harvey Chen holds MA in Economics, MPhil in Business, and PhD in Economics and Finance from Columbia University, and BSc In Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong
University.

Ben Peng is a seasoned human resources professional with more than 25 years of working experience in the HR field. Ben has been exposed to diverse industries including Automotive, Consumer, Property, Retail and Hospitality.

He is currently the Learning & Development Director of the Asia Pacific Region in Ford Motor Company, and is responsible for overall learning & development strategies, operation and management. Ben has a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from Hong Kong University.

With over 10 years of diverse HR experience across multiple industries, Geoff Watts has become an expert in translating business strategies into culturally relevant talent strategies that drive effective long term business results. Geoff is currently the Director, HR for the Asia Pacific region at Amer Sports, where he has the opportunity to combine his passion for outdoor sports with his passion for his work. He drives the continuous evolution of the company’s people and leadership practices, keeping Amer Sports grounded in its core values as the organization continues to grow globally. While he’s capable of building relationships in the boardroom, his preference is to get to know you over a bike ride or trail run.
