Disruption has become the status quo. Leading an organization in this new normal requires more than just managerial and people skills, it also requires the ability to pivot in an increasingly elastic environment. For companies to achieve their goals, the old ways of doing business and of grooming leaders no longer apply.

To better understand this changing landscape and what organizations are doing about it, AmCham Shanghai's Human Resources and Future Leaders Committees are pleased to invite you to a session on January 17, from 3pm-5pm to discuss the latest emerging trends for transformative leaders. Expert from Centers for Creative Leadership will share their key findings.

CCL's report is based on a survey with hundreds of clients, leaders, and decision-makers in the Learning & Development field on their views regarding the latest trends, disruptions and challenges they're facing in leadership development.

Highlights for future talents trends include:

  • Accidental Leaders
  • Change Endurance
  • Digital Fluency
  • Embracing Disruption
  • Kicking Glass
  • Reimagined Reviews
  • Culture Reboot

Two HR leaders will join the session to share their best practices. The event will also include a variety of workshops.
