Event Details

AmCham Shanghai invites you to join our SME seminar series about what's eating away at your profit margins in China. The event will be held on September 19 from 14:00-16:00 at AmCham Shanghai Trade and Investment Center. This seminar is aimed at providing expert advice to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on how to uncover the operational pin points and provide insight into business priorities, vulnerabilities and opportunities.

For SMEs, profit margins can be under immense pressure in China. If you're running a small or medium-sized company and seeing your profit margins erode on all fronts, you are not alone. Then, what's the best step to take next? This seminar seeks to walk you through this daunting process and will examine four critical areas. Further, it will offer some solutions to help businesses develop better innovative reflexes, drive change and generate healthier profits.

Gross profit margin is an important indicator for the overall health of a business operation and the result of business decisions. The method to improve profit margins may seem pretty straightforward, lower the costs and raise the sales. However, with the variables brought in by the Chinese market, many SMEs find themselves confounded, overlooking the profit drains. This seminar will help diagnose the issues and stop your profits from going down the drain!
