She is expert in conducting diagnosis and research for companies, and giving suggestions of HR strategy and system optimization for clients based on diagnosis result, including diagnosis and design of remuneration system, performance management system, organization structure change, employee coordination on bonus design and compensation benefit, etc.

    Before joining Tower Watson Shanghai, she had worked as an HR consultant for about four years in Towers Watson Taipei and Shenzhen Office, with special focus on large survey projects for transnational and local companies.
