    Brenda Chou is the consulting director of China’s data service stationed in Towers Watson Shanghai Office, who is primarily responsible for providing consulting advice for clients in the area of remuneration. She is expert in conducting diagnosis and research for companies, and giving suggestions of HR strategy and system optimization for clients based on diagnosis result, including diagnosis and design of remuneration system, performance management system, organization structure change, employee coordination on bonus design and compensation benefit, etc.

    Before joining Tower Watson Shanghai, she had worked as an HR consultant for about four years in Towers Watson Taipei and Shenzhen Office, with special focus on large survey projects for transnational and local companies. She has rich experience in survey implementation, data analysis, result interpretation, focus group discussion, as well as relevant experience in organization change management and organizational culture construction.
