AmCham Shanghai’s Future Leaders Committee (FLC) invites you to attend the 2017 - 2018 Salary Survey Roundtable on Tuesday, March 13 from 18:00 to 20:00 at the AmCham Shanghai Conference Center. This off-the-record roundtable is open to those who have completed the Future Leaders Salary Survey.

An opening presentation will uncover results from AmCham Shanghai 2017 - 2018 Future Leaders Committee Salary Survey to help young professionals better understand what their peers are earning in the workplace, what types of skill sets correlate with higher salaries, and which industries have the most potential for young professionals in Shanghai.

    Marketing Director, North Asia of ADP

    Sean has more than 19 years of experiences in marketing strategy, branding, and digital marketing in China and overseas. As North Asia Marketing Director of ADP, Sean focuses on market and product strategy, brand management, digital marketing and demand generation. Prior to joining ADP he was a marketing director of Huawei where he played a key role in driving global wireless network solution marketing and demand generation. Before that he served as the brand marketing lead in Cisco Greater China for seven years, focusing on branding campaign and vertical solution marketing to enhance company’s mind share and market share. Sean also worked at Dell as a senior marketing manager for Greater China and has taken on corporate and marketing communication roles with Philips Electronics China Group and Alcatel China in his early career.

    Sean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs from the University of International Relations in Beijing, and an MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai. He and his family have been living in Shanghai since 1995.
