Lily Chen is a healthcare management professional who has extensive experience in marketing and business development in high-end healthcare services in China. She is Managing Director of JLT Employee Benefit Solutions, Founder and General Manager at Essential Healthcare (merged with JLT in 2014, now known as JLT Essential). Prior to her current role, Chen was marketing director at World Link Medical (now known as Parkway Health); she has extensive experience in health insurance while working in the U.S. as a medical facility insurance administrator and when managing the insurance department in World Link Shanghai. Prior to World Link, Chen served in several management roles in the U.S., including with an internet firm and a textile firm. She also has served as an administrator in various healthcare facilities in the U.S. Chen is the former Vice Chairman for the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce Shanghai (2008-2012). She received her BS in hospitality management from California Polytechnic University, Pomona and her MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business in University of California, Irvine.
