近日，上海市外事办公室上线新版上海国际服务门户网站​，向来沪、在沪外籍人士提供政策信息、资讯服务和生活指南。中国国家移民管理局也于近日正式推出便利外籍人员来华5项措施​，进一步打通外国人员来华经商、学习、旅游的相关堵点，畅通外籍人员来华渠道。

为加深企业外籍人员和相关人士对政府服务和5项措施的理解，上海市外事办公室和移民部门将对相关情况进行通报，与广大会员和外籍人士分享网站服务内容、解读措施实施方法。

In early January, the Shanghai Municipal Foreign Affairs Office launched a new version of the Shanghai International Services Portal​, which provides policy information and introductory guides of life in Shanghai for those new to the city. China's National Immigration Administration has also launched 5 new measures to facilitate the entry of foreigners into China which can be found here​. The policies aim to streamline the process of foreigners coming to China for business, study and travel.

To better understand the 5 measures and utilize the information portal, Shanghai Foreign Affairs Office and the immigration department will together host a briefing for AmCham Shanghai members.
