During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the National Emergency Management Ministry prioritized the prevention of major and catastrophic accidents—a key concern for enterprises. A major incident, catastrophic event, or fatal accident can consume significant time and resources, potentially leading to production shutdowns, reputational damage, and other severe consequences.

Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) is a management philosophy and mindset that cultivates essential critical thinking. To address the challenges and pain points in safety management and elevate managerial capabilities, this event will focus on sharing topics related to HOP for major accident prevention.
