在人工智能深刻重塑工作模式的今天，许多职场人陷入了"会用但用不深"的困境——信息看似唾手可得，能力却未真正增长。本次活动将从一个"AI协同成熟度"自测开始，帮你清晰定位当前所处阶段；随后，系统拆解 AI时代高效学习的底层心法，帮你掌握提问、筛选与整合信息的核心逻辑；接下来分享场景驱动的AI工具选择策略，让你告别盲目尝试，在不同任务中精准选择合适的AI工具；最后，基于真实的职场场景，帮你完成从工具使用到能力内化的闭环，将AI的"外部助力"固化为你的"内部能力"，让你不仅成为工具的使用者，更成为能力的拥有者，构建AI时代的职场核心竞争力。

The American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai's Nanjing Center cordially invites you to join the High-Efficiency Learning in the Age of AI on April 16 (Thursday), from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at The Executive Centre.


Many professionals today use AI, but do not deeply access information easily, yet their real skills do not grow. This session will help you move beyond that. We'll start with a quick self-assessment to see where you stand. Then, you'll learn a core method for learning with AI—how to ask, filter, and integrate information purposefully. You'll also get practical strategies for choosing the right AI tool in different work situations. Finally, we'll show you how to turn AI outputs into your own lasting skills, so you stop just using tools—and start owning abilities that last.

    湖南师范大学英语教育硕士，专业英语八级，持有职业教资认证，达摩院人工智能高级训练师认证，微软&领英生成式AI职业认证，并持有人社部心理咨询认证和耶鲁大学情绪管理课程认证。曾任湖北省某事业单位副科级干部，期间参与负责联合国教科文组织项目申报工作并取得成功，并翻译了多本官方地质科普绘本，后任江苏省某龙头企业企宣负责人兼内训师，常年负责企业员工职场技能培训。Frayda擅长职场英文沟通、情绪管理、企业文化建设相关的培训和辅导，授课风格亲切，课堂互动性强，善于巧妙地将生活实践代入课堂使学员感同身受，注重实操层面的学员技能提升，深受学员好评。

    Frayda graduated from Hunan Normal University with a master’s in English education, TEM-8, and a Professional Teaching Qualification, Advanced AI Trainer by DAMO Academy, Career Essentials in Generative AI by Microsoft and LinkedIn, and holds a Psychological Counseling Certificate by MOHRSS and Yale University's Emotional Management Course Certificate. She has worked as a deputy section-level cadre of a public institution, responsible for a UNESCO project, and translated several official geological books. She has also worked as the head of enterprise publicity and as an internal trainer of an industry-leading enterprise, responsible for employee skills training. Frayda is proficient in training and coaching in English Communication, Emotion Management, and Company Culture Building. Her personable and interactive teaching style leads to a good classroom vibe, and her strength in linking real-life cases to the training content makes her course practical and popular.
