The AmCham Shanghai Technology and Innovation Committee invites you to our next bi-monthly US-China tech and innovation policy update on Wednesday, February 12 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Zoom.
In this session, our guest speaker Yifei Zhang, Partner at Control Risks, and our resident expert Michael Frank, Senior Fellow at the CSIS Wadhwani Center for AI and Advanced Technologies, will provide insights into the latest U.S. and China tech policies, particularly in the context of the return of the Trump administration. During the webinar, our panelists will also discuss DeepSeek, a Chinese startup known for its low-cost, high-performance AI model, and its potential impact on the artificial intelligence landscape.
Erik Walenza, Chair of the AmCham Shanghai Tech & Innovation Committee, will facilitate the meeting.
The primary objective of these bi-monthly updates is to foster increased information exchange among individuals and member companies. This initiative gives participants a comprehensive understanding of the latest developments within the tech industry as we navigate numerous challenges in the year ahead.
Participants are strongly encouraged to share their perspectives and actively contribute to the discussion.
Please note that this event will only be hosted virtually, and a Zoom link will be provided via email upon completion of your registration.
