    Cunjun Wang

    Vice President, General Manager at Pharma BU at Century3

    Cunjun Wang brings over 30 years of experience in GMP and non-GMP facility design, project management, and commissioning and qualification for the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and chemical industries. His credentials include an IPMA Certified Project Manager Certificate, a China Level A Constructor Certificate, and more than 14 years of active membership in ISPE. Mr. Wang holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry from Tianjin University. He also completed studies in Innovation Leadership and Consulting as part of the MBA program at York St John University.

    As the leader of CENTURY 3’s Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Business Unit, Mr. Wang is committed to delivering professional services to both international and domestic clients. He is dedicated to integrating technological innovation, sustainability, digitalization, and BIM applications into project execution, consistently striving to exceed client expectations and support their business goals.
    Recently, Mr. Wang has served as Engineering Director or Project Director on projects such as AstraZeneca’s pMDI Greenfield Site Assessment Study, Bayer’s REFRESH Project and Qidong OSD Project, Merck’s Wuxi Mobius Center, and Moderna’s China Research & Production Headquarters Project (Phase I). His portfolio also includes successful project deliveries for notable clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Melaleuca, Medtronic, FosunKite, FibroGen, and Charles River. ​

    Vice President for Engineering at Century3

    Ms. Yi Fang has over 29 years of engineering management experience in the high-tech and theme park industry.

    Ms. Yi Fang started her career as architect in China, and continued her study and get her master’s degree of architecture in late 1990s in Finland. She had since worked in architect firm in Finland, and returned to China to continue her career in 2002. Ms. Yi Fang has extensive design and design management experience for multi-national clients for semiconductor, medical device, R&D, and theme park industry, completing projects in China, Europe, Singapore and U.S.A. Her major projects includes Johnson & Johnson, Xi’an Janssen, Texas Instrument, Intel, Innostar, Michelin, Disney, Legoland and etc.

    Mr. Yi Fang was previously Asian Design Director for CH2M, and currently she is working as Vice President for Engineering for Century3 in China, leading the corporate design organization of over 300 architects, structure, mechanical, electrical, automation and process engineers.

    In 2004, after serving several engineering and construction companies at USA, Lan came back to China and started the CENTURY 3 Shanghai with his colleagues. Since then, Mr. Zhang successfully executed more than ten western countries invested complicated projects under constraints for theme park, aerospace, automobile and high-tech industrial facility projects among multi-culture teams in China.
     
    Currently, Lan is leading CENTURY 3 research institute to develop and implement operation upgrading for digitalization. His current clients are Merlin and GKN aerospace. Lan has served as Project Director for Disney Shanghai Resort as Construction Management Company for two major lands in, managing 100+ staffs. From  2010 to 2012, Lan served as Project Director for BMW 15 U Project in Tiexi Shenyang as Project Construction Management company leading 100 staffs onsite oversee Body Shop, Logistic Shop, Assembly, Paint Shop, Supplier Workshop, Main-office, Infra and Press Shop over 1 million m2. Lan also served as Project Manager for C3’s strategic clients, such as SanDisk, Milliken and Applied Materials These projects were executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and met the client’s quality expectations (drawings and Specifications) as well as Chinese GB Code. Lan’s other major clients include Universal Studio, Boeing, Intel, Texas Instrument, Micron, STS, Johnson and Johnson etc.
