This Fall, together with Northern Illinois University Business School, AmCham Shanghai Nanjing Center presents you and your employees our newly developed program โ€“ 2020 Mini MBA Online Program: Business Essentials. Enjoy a highly interactive experience via Zoom every Wednesday evening and Friday morning as NIU (Northern Illinois University) professors teach courses on leading topics in business, this 36-hour program takes out 3 essential courses (Financial Planning and Controls, Organizational Behavior & Operating Analysis) of a real MBA program and is ideal for professionals wanting to change or advance their careers or gain a better understanding of each area in the business ecosystem with affordable price. Financial Planning & Control:

This course teaches you basic financial concepts such as return on investment (ROI), fixed and variable costs, and payback period; as well as the tools for financial decision-making, including cost-benefit analysis, break-even analysis, and Balanced Scorecard. Professor provide cases for attendees to discuss and resolve.
