There will be five vacant positions on the Board, and the Nominations and Election Committee (NEC) has approved a slate of eight candidates. Governors serve a two-year term and are limited to two consecutive terms. The candidates are:

• Qin Shen, Asia Pacific President, Michael Kors

• Di Yao, Head of Legal, Google Shanghai

• Shirley Zhao, President, Astellas China

• Samantha Zhu, Senior Managing Director, Chairperson and Market Unit Lead for Greater China, Accenture
