AmCham Shanghai is pleased to announce that Dr. David Zweig, Professor Emeritus at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, will be the featured speaker at the March Monthly Member Briefing on March 13 at the Swissotel Grand Shanghai.

Dr. Zweig will share key insights from his newly published book, The War for Chinese Talent in America: The Politics of Technology and Knowledge in Sino-U.S. Relations.
