Cheng Wang is the Chairman of AmCham Shanghai Legal Committee and the General Counsel of Express (Hangzhou) Technology Company Limited, a joint venture of American Express in China. Cheng heads the Legal Department of Express Company and oversees all legal matters in its business operations. Prior to joining Express Company, Cheng was the Head of Legal for Greater China of an international investment bank. Under his leadership, the Legal and Compliance Department of the investment bank won the Asia Legal Business Investment Bank In-House Team of the Year for three consecutive years and was included in the GC Powerlist China 2019 by The Legal 500. Cheng holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Michigan Law School and an LL.B. degree from the Law School of Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. He is admitted to the bar of the State of New York and qualified as a lawyer in China. He is a member of the Special Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. He also co-authored a legal text book on international business law.

汤黎明，原任上海市第一中级人民法院副院长、一级高级法官。现任上海现代服务业联合会副会长、上海经贸商事调解中心执行理事，历任上海市浦东新区人民法院副院长、上海市松江区人民法院院长。毕业于华东政法大学，深耕司法审判领域近四十年。长期研究并倡导中国特色的诉调对接机制，推动商事调解的东方经验与西方ADR制度进行创新融合，在商事争议解决领域具有广泛影响力。

Liming Tang, Former Vice President of Shanghai First Intermediate People's Court, First-Class Senior Judge. She is currently the Vice President of Shanghai Services Federation, Executive Director of the Shanghai Commercial Mediation Center. She has previously served as the Vice President of the Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Court and the President of the Shanghai Songjiang District People's Court. She graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law and has nearly four decades of experience in the judicial field. She has long researched and advocated for the integration of litigation and mediation with Chinese characteristics, promoting the innovative combination of Eastern approaches to commercial mediation and Western Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) systems, wielding significant influence in the field of commercial dispute resolution.

崔米雪律师，拥有美国纽约州和以色列律师执业资格，是一位具备超过30年法律的资深律师和高级管理人员。在法律领域，她专长于争议解决，尤其侧重于替代性纠纷解决机制及调解工作。她是上海经贸商事调解中心的调解员，同时也作为代理律师代表客户参与争议解决程序，重点关注通过替代性纠纷解决方式实现纠纷的和平解决。她还担任上海政法学院副教授、华东政法大学访问教授。表彰其对上海国际化发展作出的贡献，她于2024年荣获上海白玉兰纪念奖。

Attorney Michelle (Michal) Tzhori, admitted to practice law in New York and Israel, is a senior attorney and executive with over 30 years of legal and executive-management experience. On the legal arena, Michelle specializes in dispute resolution with focus on alternative dispute resolution and mediation. She serves as a mediator at Shanghai Commercial Mediation Center and as an attorney representing clients in dispute resolution proceedings with focus on ADR and peaceful resolution of conflicts. Michelle also serves as an Associate Professor at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law (SHUPL) and a Visiting Professor at East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL). In recognition of her contributions to Shanghai’s international development, she received the prestigious Shanghai Magnolia Silver Award in 2024.

She has long represented Chinese and multinational corporations in handling cross-border disputes, international arbitration, and mediation cases, participating in arbitration proceedings under various institutions including HKIAC, CIETAC, ICC, and SIAC. She actively engages in commercial mediation practice and promotes the connection and integration of commercial mediation mechanisms between China and the U.S. She is committed to promoting the diversified resolution of commercial disputes from an international perspective and has extensive influence in the fields of international arbitration and commercial mediation.
