Against the backdrop of an increasingly complex business environment and ever-tightening legal regulations, any detail of the employee termination process directly impacts the final compliance outcome. Enterprises must not only determine whether they can terminate a contract, but also clearly understand when and how to proceed, as well as how to proactively identify and effectively mitigate potential risks.

The American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai will co-host the seminar with Dentons China on September 4, from 09:30-17:00, at the conference center of Dentons Shanghai office to help member companies better understand the full process of compliant employee termination and make more informed risk-management decisions.
