金山海关将结合园区化工产业特点，重点介绍《中华人民共和国两用物项出口管制清单》、海关质疑流程以及规范申报与合规申报相关要求，帮助企业准确理解相关监管要求，提升合规管理水平，降低合规风险；同时介绍金山海关在园区开展的化学品评议基地相关职能与服务内容。

To help member companies better understand export control-related regulations and strengthen their compliance capabilities, the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai has invited Jinshan Customs to host a seminar focusing on two areas: relevant export control regulations and Customs-business collaboration services in the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park.

Drawing on the characteristics of the chemical industry in the park, Jinshan Customs officials will provide an overview of the Export Control List of Dual-Use Items of the People's Republic of China, customs inquiry procedures, and relevant declaration and compliance requirements. The session is intended to help companies better understand applicable regulatory requirements, strengthen compliance practices, and reduce compliance risks. Jinshan Customs will also introduce the functions and services of its chemical product evaluation base in the park.

The seminar aims to help member companies better understand relevant customs regulatory and facilitation measures while strengthening compliance and improving customs clearance efficiency. Member company representatives are welcome to register.
