The American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai invites you to join our First Look Session for Nanjing Jiangbei New Area on April 24 from 14:00 to 16:00. This event will thoroughly introduce the general situation and industrial layout of Jiangbei New Area and explain the region's future development prospects in detail. Attendees will have face-to-face talks with government leaders to further understand its current foreign investment outlook.

Nanjing Jiangbei New Area is the 13th state-level new area in China and the only one in Jiangsu Province. It is where the China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone Nanjing Area is located, while carrying the strategic positioning of "three zones and one platform." In December 2025, Jiangbei New Area and Pukou District began integrated development, marking a new stage in their coordinated growth.

Jiangbei New Area is accelerating the development of a modern industrial system anchored in the real economy and led by advanced manufacturing, under its "2+4+N" framework. It is upgrading traditional industries such as green petrochemicals and high-end steel, while fostering the growth of emerging industries including integrated circuits, life and health, smart transportation, high-end equipment manufacturing, and digital economy. At the same time, it is proactively laying out future industries such as gene and cell therapy, brain-inspired intelligence, organ-on-a-chip, hydrogen energy and new energy storage, and synthetic biology.
