AmCham Shanghai's Food, Agriculture & Beverage Committee is hosting a visit and to Melaleuca (China) Wellness Products Co., Ltd. (美乐家) in Shanghai from 13:15 to 17:00 on Thursday, July 3. During this session, participants will tour Melaleuca's smart plant — including the R&D laboratory production workshop, distribution center and quality laboratory — to explore their sustainable manufacturing ecosystem.

In 2003, Melaleuca officially entered the Chinese market and has been engaged in the production and sale of household cleaning products, personal care products, cosmetic skincare products, and nutritional foods. In 2021, the Melaleuca China Headquarter Park, located in Fengxian District, Shanghai, was put into operation. With a total investment of 150 million US dollars and covering an area of 80 acres, it is the largest regional headquarter and daily chemical production base of Melaleuca overseas.
