Prior to the dinner, Vice Governor Zhao met with the Chamber's leadership and representatives of the American business community. This was followed by a business roundtable that brought together Jiangsu provincial departments and officials from all 13 municipalities, alongside member company executives, where participants exchanged views on the business environment, investment opportunities, and industrial cooperation.

At the roundtable, Jeffery Lehman, the Chamber's chair, delivered remarks, noting Jiangsu's strong economic fundamentals and international engagement. He highlighted that American companies continue to view Jiangsu as a key destination for investment and emphasized the importance of sustained, candid government-business dialogue to support confidence and long-term cooperation.
